H.M.S. Development, Inc. is pleased to announce that you can now access your Statement online anytime. In order to access your Statements please email kerry@hmsdev.com with your email address and a note stating you would like access to this service and a link to register will be sent. Please note this is the only way to sign up. A special link is provided to each individual owner for secure access to your H.M.S. account information.
Don't forget to ask about your monthly disbursements directly deposited to your bank via ACH.
