HMS Online Rent Payment
If you are currently paying your rent through PayLease, please note that as of June 15, 2010 PayLease will no longer be our online rent payment service.
AppFolio will now service our online rental payments. In order to sign up for this service, please email kerry@hmsdev.com with your email address and note stating you would like to sign up and an email will be sent to you with a link to register. Please note this is the only way to sign up. A special link is provided to each individual tenant for secure access to your H.M.S. account information.
You can set up your payments to be paid reoccurring until you say stop or you can initiate the payment every month for more control. You will be able to view any charges to your account and view your payment history.
